Significant sharestake-holdings in service areas of ship management and charter services stand for a complete management:
An affiliate of CONTI HOLDING holds shares in NSB Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Buxtehude and BBG Bremer Bereederungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Bremen. Both are responsible for the supervision of newbuilding projects and the ship management of CONTI vessels.
Furthermore the CONTI Group has an indirect shareholding in the ship broker Continental Chartering GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, to support a continous employment of the vessels.

Covering a Comprehensive Skill Portfolio
In accordance with the requirements of charterers the CONTI-Group offers a comprehensive service portfolio to the shipping market.
CONTI REEDEREI initiates, designs and finances new building projects and commercially supervises the existing fleet. The vessels themselves are owned by single ship companies, which are also commercially and legally managed by CONTI.
NSB and BBG in turn deal with technical matters such as ship design and shipbuilding supervision. They are further responsible for efficient and reliable fleet operations.
Chartering services are conducted by CONTINENTAL CHARTERING (CC) and CONTI`s Commercial Ship Management department.
